Performance is evaluated annually based on teaching effectiveness, student feedback, professional development, and contribution to the institution. Evaluations include peer reviews, student assessments, and administrative feedback. Results influence salary adjustments and promotion opportunities.
Initial contracts are typically for one academic year with renewal based on performance and institutional needs. After successful completion of three years, lecturers may be eligible for longer-term contracts. Tenure track positions are available for qualified candidates.

The standard notice period is 30 days for part-time positions and 60 days for full-time positions. During probationary periods, shorter notice may apply. Specific terms are outlined in individual contracts and may vary based on position level and circumstances.
